ERGs, BRGs, and DCs are voluntary employee-led groups within an organization. They are formed within an organization based on shared characteristics, experiences, and interests. ERGs and BRGs function across the organization. DCs are location-specific with a focus on location and provide support to the ERG, BRGs, and the overall organization goals and strategy.
